The 23-year-old was last spotted in South Hedland around 5:10pm. At the time, he was wearing a black shirt, black shorts, a burgundy cap, and no shoes. Police have noted that he is known to frequent the South Hedland area.
Description of the Missing Man
Mr Charles is described as approximately 170cm tall, of medium build, with black curly hair. Authorities are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.
