A teenage boy has been taken to hospital after being struck by a car in Hamlyn Heights on Friday afternoon.
The incident occurred on Church Street around 3:30 pm, according to emergency services.
Paramedics treated the boy at the scene before transporting him to University Hospital Geelong with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash and are urging any witnesses to come forward.
The driver of the vehicle stopped at the scene and is assisting police with their inquiries.
No charges have been laid at this stage.
