Meghan Markle Shares Rare Photos of Archie for Birthday

Meghan Markle has shared never-before-seen photos of her children to mark a special milestone. The Duchess of Sussex posted new images of Prince Harry with their son Archie to celebrate his seventh birthday.

In the sweet image, a then-baby Archie is lying on his father's chest, covered in a white blanket. "Seven years later ... happy birthday to our sweet boy," Meghan captioned the photo.

The former Suits actress also shared a second image showing Archie with his sister, Lilibet, 4, at the beach.

While Harry and Meghan are careful to shield their children's faces, only sharing photos of Archie and Lilibet on special occasions, the couple have started to share more glimpses into their family life since moving to Montecito in California.

For Easter, Meghan shared a video of the siblings holding baskets and running through the garden during an egg hunt. In March, the proud mum posted a photo of herself and Lilibet at the beach to mark International Women's Day. "For the woman she will one day be ..." Meghan captioned the image.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex continue to shield their children's faces in their online posts. During their recent trip to Australia, Meghan appeared on the YouTube show Get Down With Sean And Marley, where she revealed the children's favourite TV show is actually Australian.

Best friends Sean and Marley, both living with Down syndrome, have built a large online following through their videos, which feature cooking and trying new experiences together. Last year, the pair tried Meghan's one-pot spaghetti recipe, which went viral after appearing on her Netflix series With Love, Meghan. Meghan later thanked them with a handwritten note and a selection of gifts.

During Meghan and Harry's April visit to Australia, the duo wanted to "return the favour" and invited Meghan onto their show, presenting her with gifts inspired by Australia. Among them were toys from the popular children's series Bluey, which, Meghan said, are loved by Archie and Lilibet. After receiving stuffed versions of the show's lovable characters Bluey and Bingo, Meghan said: "Our kids love Bluey!"
