Police in Lake Macquarie have issued an urgent public appeal for assistance in locating a 15-year-old boy who has been reported missing from the Belmont area.
Decklan was last seen on Tuesday afternoon, and authorities hold serious concerns for his welfare given his age and the length of time he has been absent.
