Early Morning Smash Shakes Lake Coogee Residents
Residents of Lake Coogee were jolted awake in the early hours of Friday morning after a dramatic car crash sent a parked vehicle careening into the wall of a home. Police are now investigating the incident which left one person injured.
Details of the Collision
Emergency services were called to Rockingham Road at approximately 2.40am on Friday, November 28, 2025, following reports of a serious collision. According to initial information, a Toyota Prado was travelling along the road when it slammed into a stationary Jeep Cherokee.
The impact was so severe that the force of the collision pushed the parked Jeep directly into the side of a nearby residence. The incident caused significant damage to both vehicles and the property.
Aftermath and Police Appeal
One occupant involved in the crash sustained minor injuries as a result of the impact. Authorities have confirmed that their inquiries into the exact cause of the Lake Coogee crash are continuing.
