Major Crash investigators are conducting a thorough probe into a serious collision that left a young motorcyclist with significant injuries in the Perth hills suburb of Lesmurdie on Monday evening.
Emergency Response to George Road Incident
Emergency services rushed to the scene following reports of a serious crash between two vehicles on George Road near the intersection with Kershaw Avenue. The incident occurred at approximately 7:20pm on Monday, November 10, 2025, prompting a significant emergency response.
According to initial police reports, a red Ford Falcon utility and a black Saxon motorcycle collided while both travelling along George Road. The impact occurred in the Lesmurdie area, which forms part of Perth's south-eastern suburbs.
Injuries and Immediate Aftermath
The motorcycle rider, identified as a 24-year-old man, sustained serious injuries in the collision. Paramedics treated the injured rider at the scene before transporting him to Royal Perth Hospital for urgent medical treatment.
In contrast, the 23-year-old male driver of the Ford Falcon utility emerged from the crash physically unharmed. Police confirmed he did not require hospital treatment following the incident.
