Transport Updates: Trains Resume Service

In related news, train services on the Southern Highlands Line between Campbelltown and Moss Vale have resumed after an earlier issue involving a freight train at Yerrinbool. Buses had been deployed to replace trains in both directions and will continue to supplement services until normal operations are fully restored. Passengers are advised to allow extra travel time and monitor announcements and information displays for the latest updates.

These incidents serve as a reminder of the vital role emergency services play in community safety across the Illawarra region. Authorities continue to urge the public to exercise caution on roads and in water environments to prevent similar emergencies.
