A man has been taken to hospital after being stabbed during a dispute in Whittington on Monday evening. Emergency services were called to a street in the Geelong suburb around 6:30 pm following reports of a violent altercation.

Police have confirmed that a man, believed to be in his 30s, sustained a stab wound to his upper body during the confrontation. Paramedics treated him at the scene before transporting him to University Hospital Geelong in a stable condition.
