The dance floor at Hillarys Beach Club was lit up with more than just love on December 30, 2025, as newlyweds Leanne Devereux and Rod Beeton celebrated their first dance with a spectacular display of sparkler canons.
A Night of Sparkling Celebrations
Following a heartfelt beachfront ceremony that united the couple, Leanne and Rod's reception took a dazzling turn. As they took to the floor for their first dance as husband and wife, sparkler canons were ignited, filling the air with light. The festive atmosphere was amplified further by the use of confetti canons, creating a truly memorable experience for the couple and all their guests.
A Love Story Forged Before the Pandemic
The couple's journey began before the global COVID-19 pandemic reshaped the world. After meeting, Leanne and Rod built a life together, which included the joint project of renovating a house. Their family grew with the adoption of two elderly Dalmatians, adding paws and personality to their home.
Stylish Attire with a Cambodian Connection
The bride looked radiant in a gorgeous gown by designer Romyda Keth, which she purchased during a trip to Cambodia. In a charming coincidence, the groom, Rod, also sourced his elegant wedding suit from the South-East Asian nation, choosing a tailored piece from Thomas Jaffre.
The celebration was captured beautifully by In Tune Photography, preserving the magic of a day where sparks—both metaphorical and literal—well and truly flew.
While the pair are still deciding on their honeymoon plans, their wedding day at the iconic Hillarys Beach Club provided a perfect start to their married life.
