The court also dealt with property offenses. A 33-year-old from Woree admitted to stealing from a vehicle and was ordered to pay restitution of $800 plus court costs. Additionally, a 50-year-old from Cairns City was found guilty of fraud involving $5,000 and sentenced to community service for 200 hours.

Other Matters

Several other cases were mentioned, including breaches of domestic violence orders and driving offenses. The court emphasized the importance of compliance with legal orders and warned of stricter penalties for repeat offenders.
