The Geelong County Court has released the schedule of appearances for Thursday, 30 April 2026. The list includes a variety of criminal and civil matters to be heard before the court.
Morning Session Cases
The morning session will commence at 10:00 AM with the following matters:
- R v. Smith – John Smith faces charges of theft and fraud. Legal representation by Barrister Sarah Johnson.
- R v. Williams – Jane Williams appears for sentencing on drug possession charges. Represented by Legal Aid.
- R v. Brown – David Brown is accused of assault occasioning actual bodily harm. Defence by Barrister Michael Lee.
