A manhunt is currently in progress after multiple individuals fled on foot following a vehicle crash in Perth's southern suburbs. Emergency services were dispatched to Willeton shortly after 7pm on Monday, responding to reports that a stolen grey Ford Falcon XR6 sedan had lost control and collided with a tree.
By the time law enforcement arrived at the scene, the occupants of the vehicle had already disappeared. Instead of finding the car's passengers, police observed several people running away from the area on foot.
Investigation Underway
Cannington Police have taken charge of the investigation, which remains ongoing. Authorities are working to identify and locate the individuals who fled the crash site. The vehicle involved was reported stolen prior to the incident.
