The ACT Supreme Court delivered the ruling on Tuesday, bringing to an end a protracted legal battle that has hung over the NRL star for nearly three years. Justice David Mossop found the delay in proceedings had become "so unfair and oppressive" that continuing with the case would constitute an abuse of process.
