Singular Health gets US$500k from PNS, deploys 500 more licences

Singular Health Group has achieved another significant commercial milestone in the United States, securing US$500,000 (A$698,500) from Provider Network Solutions Group (PNS) following the deployment of an additional 500 licences for its 3DICOM MD platform.

This payment represents the outstanding balance of licence fees due under the binding enterprise agreement signed with PNS in June last year. With this deployment, the total number of licences now in use across the network has reached 1,000, fulfilling the initial rollout obligations stipulated in the contract.

About Provider Network Solutions Group

PNS is a US-based healthcare services organisation that manages care for more than 4 million individuals across Florida, Texas, and Puerto Rico. The group focuses on improving efficiencies within its provider network, particularly by reducing unnecessary duplication in medical imaging and enhancing access to patient data across multiple practitioners.

The 3DICOM MD Platform

Singular Health’s 3DICOM MD platform has been specifically designed to address these inefficiencies. It enables clinicians to securely view, share, and manage three-dimensional medical imaging records across multiple, often disparate systems. The company reports that enterprise use is progressing positively, with increasing adoption of the platform embedded directly into everyday clinical workflows.

Denning Chong, managing director and chief executive officer of Singular Health Group, stated: “The receipt of this payment and the deployment of the next tranche of licences represent confirmation by PNS of the value of the 3DICOM MD platform and are important milestones in scaling our commercial reach through PNS and its network and beyond.”

Measurable Cost Savings

Feedback from the latest rollout indicates that the platform is delivering measurable cost savings, primarily by reducing duplicate imaging requests and improving interoperability between providers. Dr Jose Pelayo, chief executive officer of Provider Network Solutions, noted that his organisation views the potential savings of between three and five per cent of the US$35 per member per month in duplicated imaging costs as a material benefit.

Expansion and Renewal Talks

The latest deployment further expands the reach and scale of Singular Health’s technology across the PNS ecosystem, where clinical adoption continues to gain momentum. With the initial rollout now complete and payments up to date, discussions have commenced between Singular Health and PNS regarding renewal and potential expansion of their mutual licensing arrangement.

Any extension of the arrangement would likely build on the existing footprint and could open the door to a wider deployment across PNS’s broader partner and joint venture network in the United States.

Background

This milestone follows Singular Health’s June 2025 enterprise contract with PNS, valued at US$1.3 million, which combined licence fees with development and integration work to embed the 3DICOM MD platform within the PNS network. That agreement marked the company’s first successful large-scale US enterprise hurdle and has laid the groundwork for opportunities to expand nationally.

With clinical use on a strong growth path, timely payments landing, and renewal talks underway, Singular Health appears to be steadily converting its US enterprise strategy into strong commercial traction. If the company’s momentum continues, its relationship with PNS could prove a pivotal reference point as it pursues further large-scale healthcare networks across the United States.
