The Duke and Duchess of Sussex made a surprise appearance at the Sundance Film Festival overnight, attending to support their latest documentary project.
Harry and Meghan appeared as executive producers of “Cookie Queens,” a documentary exploring the concept of Girl Guides cookies, known as Girl Scouts in America.
The couple oversaw the production and invested in the film, which has been well-received at the prestigious festival.
Speaking at the event, Meghan reflected on her own childhood experiences with the Girl Scouts, highlighting the values the organisation instilled in her.
“The value of friendship, of being dedicated to a goal, as you see that in Cookie Queens, it is so reflective of how these girls stick with something that’s important to them and don’t give up,” she said.
“And self-belief, I think, is a really integral value that comes as being a Girl Scout.”
