Japanese property giant Sekisui House has officially launched its ambitious $520 million residential community, Cascadia, located at Calderwood near Albion Park in the Illawarra region. The large-scale development will deliver approximately 1,600 homes, including a mix of detached houses, townhouses, and apartments, designed to cater to a diverse range of residents.

Cascadia is being positioned as a model for sustainable living, with a strong emphasis on environmental design and energy efficiency.
