Secret Letter Sends Farmer Wants a Wife Contestant Home

On Sunday night's episode of Farmer Wants A Wife, a secret letter discovered back at the farm led to one lady packing her bags. The drama unfolded after the farmers chose the next round of ladies for solo dates following the country fair.

Discovery of the Secret Letter

Rachel, 25, found Eddy's notebook in the bedroom, which contained a secret letter addressed to Alex. In the letter, Eddy, 30, tells Alex to confirm their feelings for each other but suggests that to know it's the real deal, he needs to explore his connection with the other two ladies still on the farm. "He has tunnel vision," Rachel said of Alex.

The discovery also left Suzannah, 24, questioning her connection with the farmer. The revelation of the letter ultimately ended with Suzannah packing her bags.

Confrontation and Decision

When Queensland farmer Alex and Eddy returned from their solo date, Rachel confronted them about the letter. Eddy admitted the "letter was never meant to be read." Rachel then told Alex that he has his "blinders on" when it comes to Eddy. "You say one thing, but your actions say something else," Rachel told Alex. "Time is being wasted."

Despite the confrontation, Alex revealed his connection with Eddy is strong and made the shock decision to send Suzannah home—even though it was not an elimination night. This decision leaves Rachel fighting for Alex's attention, raising the question: will Eddy win the farmer's heart?

Chemistry and Capability Test

After their solo dates, the farmers also took part in a chemistry and capability test that turned heated, leaving some of the ladies less than impressed. Following Sunday night's episode, one farmer will leave the show—but will he leave solo?

Farmer Wants A Wife continues Sunday at 7:00 pm on Seven and 7plus.
