A new Italian dining destination founded by three Italian friends in their 30s is set to become a beloved neighbourhood spot in North Perth. Cibo Bar and Kitchen has officially opened its doors on Charles Street, brought to life by the founding trio Francesco Scognamiglio, Federico De Luca, and Emiliano Succi.
