Brisbane-based technology leader TechnologyOne has revealed plans to launch its acclaimed Showcase event series in the United Kingdom next year, marking a significant milestone in the company's global expansion strategy.
From Brisbane to the World: Showcase Goes Global
The announcement follows the successful completion of TechnologyOne's fourth biannual Showcase roadshow throughout October 2025, which attracted more than 2,650 customers and industry leaders across Melbourne, Wellington, Sydney, and Brisbane. The Melbourne launch event alone drew 850 attendees who witnessed the debut of the company's groundbreaking agentic AI product, Plus, scheduled for release to TechnologyOne's global customer base in coming months.
Additional events in Wellington (350 attendees), Sydney (650), and Brisbane (800) brought together key sectors including local government, higher education, and corporate clients, connecting them directly with the development teams behind the technology they use daily.
AI-Driven Innovation Takes Centre Stage
Designed as a practical innovation experience, the Showcase series enables organisations to enhance their enterprise resource planning systems through cutting-edge AI, automation, and machine learning technologies. Each event featured intensive technical sessions, detailed demonstrations, and authentic customer transformation stories that highlighted real-world applications.
As one of Australia's largest private research and development investors, TechnologyOne uses these events to place customers at the heart of its product development process. This collaborative approach allows clients to directly influence future capabilities of mission-critical software used extensively across public-sector services in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
Sustained Growth and Future Ambitions
The global expansion comes as TechnologyOne celebrates its position within the ASX 50, joining Australia's corporate elite after nearly four decades of operation. Founded in 1987 by technology entrepreneur Adrian Di Marco, the Brisbane startup has evolved into a $13 billion enterprise software provider that rivals global giants like SAP and Oracle.
Executive Vice-President of Consulting Services David Cope attributes the company's success to market focus and belief in Australian innovation. "We know the industries that we play in, and we specialise heavily in those," Cope stated. "We're extremely successful in the chosen markets that we operate in, and there's ample opportunity in those marketplaces."
The company's integrated business model, known internally as the Power of One, enables complete control over software design, development, sales, and support. This vertical integration facilitates faster innovation and stronger customer relationships according to company leadership.
TechnologyOne recently achieved its $500 million annual recurring revenue target 18 months ahead of schedule and has now set its sights on reaching $1 billion by 2030. "Our ambition is to double in size every five years," Cope revealed, noting the company's rapid ascent from ASX 200 to ASX 50 status in just a few years.
The confirmed UK Showcase scheduled for February 2026 represents the next phase of TechnologyOne's international growth strategy, demonstrating that Australian-developed enterprise software can compete and succeed on the global stage.
