Charges Laid Against Australian Man

Police have laid three charges against 46-year-old Australian man Simon Peter Carman: murder, concealing a corpse in an attempt to hide the cause of death, and abduction of a minor over 15 but not yet 18 for indecent purposes. The charges follow the discovery of the teenager's body in a suitcase.
