QantasLink Launches Direct Perth-Cocos Flights, Cutting Travel Time
QantasLink Direct Perth-Cocos Flights Cut Travel Time

QantasLink has introduced a new direct flight service between Perth and the Cocos (Keeling) Islands, offering a faster and more convenient way to reach this remote tropical paradise.

Direct Flights Begin

The weekly Friday service commenced on May 1, 2026, significantly cutting travel time to just over four hours by removing the previous stop in Port Hedland.

The Cocos (Keeling) Islands, known for their white-sand beaches, palm trees, surfing, and snorkelling, can accommodate only 144 travellers at a time, ensuring an exclusive and serene holiday experience.
