Television personality and journalist Samantha Armytage has swiftly sold her Southern Highlands property, marking her second significant real estate transaction in recent months. The Golden Bachelor host's latest sale involves her Moss Vale renovation project, which was snapped up in just 10 days on the market, according to Cotality records.
Moss Vale Cottage Sale Details
While the final sale price is not disclosed in Cotality records, it is believed to exceed $2 million. The property had been listed with a buyers' guide ranging from $2.1 million to $2.3 million. The selling agent, Bradley Cocks of Drew Lindsay Sotheby's International Realty, was contacted for comment but has not yet responded.
Armytage originally purchased the Moss Vale property in March 2024 for $1.3 million. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom home, built in the 1960s, sits on a generous 1922 square metres. It reportedly changed hands for the first time since the 1960s. The cottage features French doors, VJ panelled walls, a combustion fireplace, a new roof, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area.
Armytage's Property Portfolio
Armytage has built an impressive property portfolio over the years. In March 2026, she sold her Hyams Beach home, which had been re-listed for sale earlier that year. The sale price remains unknown, but the renovated home was listed via Expressions of Interest with a guide of $2.95 million to $3.1 million. She first listed the holiday home in 2023 with a price guide of $3.2 million. The three-bedroom house, with views of Jervis Bay, sits on 658 square metres and features two bathrooms, a light-filled kitchen, a front deck, and large double living areas. It had been used as a private weekender and holiday rental, commanding a nightly rate of $1200. Armytage bought the Hyams Beach home in 2018 for $1.765 million.
In 2020, Armytage sold her Burrawang weekender for $3.1 million, having purchased it in 2017 for $2.2 million. That same year, she sold her three-bedroom North Bondi home for $3.15 million, which she had bought in 2014 for $2.15 million. She also acquired a two-bedroom apartment at Rushcutters Bay for $1.575 million in 2021.
