The club's financial collapse involved debts exceeding $550,000, creating an insurmountable obstacle for continued operations. Members appointed liquidator Eddie Senatore to begin the thorough process of investigating all outstanding debts and identifying creditors affected by the closure.
The interim committee's statement captured the heartbreak felt throughout the community: "Together, we faced the difficult truth of our financial position and were asked to make one of the hardest decisions in our club's history.
