Twinings Expands into Cold Beverages in Australia
Iconic British tea brand Twinings is shaking up tea-time in Australia with the launch of two new refreshing products: Twinings Cold Infusions, a cold brew tea, and Twinings Sparkling Tea, a ready-to-drink sparkling tea. Both are new to the Australian market.
Crafted by Master Blenders
Crafted by Twinings’ Master Blenders and expert Herbalists, the Cold Infusions range of fruit and herbal teas is specially designed to be brewed in cold water. Made with real fruit pieces, botanicals, natural flavours and no refined sugar, these infusions deliver a light refreshing taste in just five minutes.
Aussie customers are the first in the world to try these new drinks. The Cold Infusions are available in three flavours: Mango & Passionfruit, Lemon & Ginger, and Raspberry & Lime. They come in a 14-pack for $8.50 and a four-pack for $3.
Sparkling Tea Option
For those seeking a sparkling alternative, Twinings Sparkling Tea offers a lightly carbonated drink made with tea infusion, botanicals, fruit juice, and sparkling water, fortified with vitamins and minerals. It is rich in antioxidants and contains less than fifty calories per can.
The Sparkling Tea comes in four flavours: Raspberry Lemonade & White Tea, Orange, Passionfruit & Green Tea, and Peach, Apple & Green Tea. Sold individually in 250mL cans for $4.00 or as a pack of four for $13.50.
Availability and Consumer Demand
Both ranges are available at Coles, Woolworths, and select independent retailers. The expansion into cold products responds to evolving consumer demand for an afternoon treat that is both feel-good and delicious.
